In a world that seems to be rushing forth and dragging us in its wake, my wonderful kids and grandkids have shown me the importance of slowing down. My experience in the corporate world, my doctoral studies in psychology and my yoga teacher training have provided me with the tools I need to navigate this warp-speed world, and to help others do the same. I love sharing fundamentals of neuroscience and mental health, and am constantly awed to see that with mind and body working together, we are able to slow down, breathe, and return to our tasks with renewed energy and improved teamwork.

In our work together, I draw from a range of powerful modalities including EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT)—all through a client-centered lens that honors your pace, your story, and your inner wisdom.

In couples work, I help partners move from gridlock to growth by combining the clear, collaborative conflict-resolution tools of Dr. Susan Heitler with the bold truth-telling and compassionate accountability of Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT).

Together, we’ll:

  • Identify and interrupt destructive patterns

  • Learn to speak—and truly hear—what’s underneath the reactivity

  • Repair old injuries and rebuild trust

  • Strengthen intimacy, teamwork, and emotional safety

This is active, skill-building therapy that invites both partners to show up, take ownership, and create lasting change.

Our 4-week Relational Life Therapy (RLT) workshops offer practical, powerful tools to help you show up more authentically—and relationally—in your most important connections.

Whether you're in a long-term partnership, navigating dating, or simply want to improve how you relate to others (and yourself), these small-group intensives will help you:

  • Learn to speak with clarity, courage, and compassion

  • Break out of old patterns of blame, shame, or withdrawal

  • Understand your “relational blueprint” and how to reshape it

  • Take fierce ownership without losing tenderness

Led by Dr. Sima Menora, psychologist and RLT therapist, these workshops blend deep insight with humor, accountability, and real change.
